Temporary Placement
(Contract-to-Permanent):

Our contract to perm option provides you with the opportunity to see a candidate on the job and gain first-hand experience of their skills and capabilities, before deciding to recruit them permanently for long-term engagement. 

This trial period gives both the company and employee an opportunity to determine if they are a good/suitable fit for each other.

Discover:

Prepare:

We create a positions’ profile (Blueprint of the skills, knowledge, capabilities, experience, and academic qualifications).

Recruit:

We develop a recruiting plan based on what we learn about you. Then we tap into our network of contacts, strategic alliances, recruitment platforms and social media to identify suitable candidates for the position.

Qualify:

Next, we screen candidates’ CV’s, meet them, and assess their skills and their fit for your position.

Match:

Create a proposed shortlist of the top candidates, present them to you and invite your selected candidates for an interview to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, technical and soft skills

Offer and Ongoing Follow-Up:

We present your offer to the candidate, handle negotiations, and deliver the final signed offer letter. And we’ll be there to support make sure the first days on the job go smoothly.
